Shapes Saga Terms of Service

These terms apply when you play Shapes Saga, a game operated by Sembilan Teknologi Solusi ("we"). By playing you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play Shapes Saga on your own devices for your own enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the game.
Your account and username
- The game creates an account for your install. Keep your phone and any transfer code you make to yourself: anyone with a valid transfer code can move your save to their phone.
- Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate someone else, or contain personal details. We may change or remove a username, or suspend an account, that breaks these terms.
Coins, hearts and boosters
Coins, hearts, boosters and other in-game items have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and are only for use in the game. We may adjust the game's economy and balance over time.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, attack or overload our servers, or try to access other players' accounts. We may reset progress or suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We work to keep the game and its online features running, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. Your progress is kept on your phone as well as on our server.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or end access for players who break these terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
